Biography
He was born in Terrassa and trained at the Joviat school in Manresa. From 2002 to 2017 he runs Capritx (* Michelin). In 2019 he creates Aürt (* Michelin) in Barcelona, and in 2020 he opens El Buen Gusto and manages the family takeaway shop.
