Biography
A reference in the world of gastronomy. In 1984 he entered elbulli and in 1986 he became a unique chef. In 2011, elBullirestaurant closes and elBullifoundation is born, under the umbrella of which two projects are developed, elBulli1846 and elBulliLAB.
